Only account number and branch filters are working others are not working

All LOV filters should work
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Open Create OBLM account parameters and select customer code.
2- Open account LOV and try filters

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Search filters are not working.
