Multi Bank Cash Concentration is not properly updated based on structure type and linked accounts banks.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Multi Bank Cash Concentration should be updated in order based on structure type and linked accounts banks.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1:
Some pool structures with linked accounts from multiple banks and Multi Bank Cash Concentration marked as N (system should prevent saving such case). check attached Sheet case_1

Case 2:
Some sweep structures with linked accounts from same bank and Multi Bank Cash Concentration marked as Y. check attached Sheet case_1
