The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- create OBLM structure from OBDX adding instuction details at account pair level.
2- try to approve the structure at OBDX
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the structure from OBDX with instruction details at account pair level
