Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The user is allowed to edit the charge account field
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The charge account field should be non editable in view mode
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to VAM > Customer > Account Facility > View Account facility
2.Select a record
3.Click on view
4.Click charge account dropdown and select different account
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, charge account field are editable in view mode
