[HDC] Error In HDC Task But Batch Still Run Successfully (Doc ID 2928359.1)

Symptoms


We are running batch for AML and have an issue as follow:
- The HDC task was error, no data was inserted to arc tables.
- When we checked the logs, there are some warning messages for connect error.
