Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
No error is displayed when incorrect credentials are used. Unable to login even after using correct credentials
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Error message should be displayed when incorrect credentials are used. User should be able to login even if earlier failed login had incorrect username.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Obdx Application
2. Enter incorrect username while login.No error is displayed.
3. After performing step1 now enter correct credentials and try to login.
4. No error is displayed also user is unable to login.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login and are unable to login even after using correct credentials

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
