Peer To Peer Transfer Transaction Not Happening Properly (Doc ID 2928657.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

peer-to-peer transfers, the receiver enters the wrong secret code or after clicking the claim URL some network glitches happen to the Reversal happening to Sender from the GL Account.

If the amount is reversed, why is the receiver of the money still able to claim the money. Once the amount is reversed shouldn’t the link get expired?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Once the amount is reversed should the link get expired

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a retail user
2. go to payments--> other payments
3. click a new payment-->click on transfer button
4. problem as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,The user is not able to peer to peer transfer

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
