OBTF:BCDTRONL
While amending a contract, system is allowing to put value in Liquidation amount and saving.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ideally it should throw an error while saving while saving after doing the unlock tab.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is allowing to put value in Liquidation amount
Changes
Code has been corrected to throw an error if there is change in liquidation amount if action is other than LIQUIDATE.
