No Error When User Selects Role with Already Existing Role While Editing Feedback Template (Doc ID 2928709.1)

While updating feedback template through Feedback Template Maintenance screen user is not able to see any error when user selects role with already existing role for Feedback Template.

On updating feedback template if a template is already available for the role and user edits and sets the role to existing one, error message should be visible on the screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Admin user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Template > Feedback Template > Feedback Template Maintenance
3. Click on search and select one Feedback Template.
4. Click on the pencil edit button and select Applicable to Role option to check both Retail/Corporate role which is already existing.
5. To save this update click on confirm button.
6. No error message is shown and screen does not do anything.
