Documents attached on Attachments tab are not visible on review screen for Initiate Bank Guarantee(BG) transaction

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The attached documents should be available on the review screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade finance-->Bank Guarantee-->Outward BG-->Initiate BG
3. Add an attachment on the Attachments tab, click submit
