Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Dynamic modules labels are not visible under system configuration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Labels should be displayed for dynamic modules.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to System Configuration > Dynamic Module.
2. View dynamic modules labels are missing.
