Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ILIQ debit and credit mismatch.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should post debit and credit leg for the transactions and in case of any failure, system should reject the transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain the Debit account as Frozen
2. Run the EOM
3.Verify the ILIQ entries posted.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, imbalance entries are posted.
