Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Liquidation amount is less than the min interest amount & system has reversed the liquidation. The net liquidation is 0. But reallocation happened for the original amount calculated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Liquidation amount is less than the min interest amount then reallocation should not happen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the FCUBS application
2. Navigate to the ACRSTMT screen
3. Generate the statement and validate

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect liquidation triggered.
