 Wrong accounting roles are populated in accounting entry screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should populate accrual accounting roles only when accrual required is “YES”. Populating wrong will lead to wrong maintenance in system

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify the Accounting entry maintenance screen
2. System displays the accounting role where the accrual required is maintained as No
