Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payments are going to network resolution queue rather than straight through processing

Some inbound payments are falling into a Network Resolution Queue. Users are unable to choose the select network option to process these.
Users are unsure why the payments are not processing.

System is not able to derive network. Whenever field 57D is present in the incoming message but it's not a valid BIC code, system is looking for field 56 not available in the message and not able to decide if it's an incoming or outgoing payment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payments should go to STP queue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an Incoming payment,
2. Verify the queue in which they have been derived

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the payment from network resolution queue
