ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The error description field is defined as varchar2(600) in PQTB_ACC_ENTRY_QUEUE table. but But IF service is returning the error description more than 700 characters in some cases and that is why transaction is showing as pending in OBPM side, though it has happened in Flexcube core.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction should not be showing pending at OBPM side
