Goal

We have currently Mantas 8.0.X version installed/configured on Unix RHEL6 server and Oracle 12c Database and we are planning to upgrade it to 8.1.X

Can you please clarify the below queries so that we can initiate the upgrade task.

- As part of upgrade, we have procured new RHEL8 server and Oracle19c database and we would like to know the latest available version that would be suitable for this upgrade configuration.
- We need to install only BDF and ECM installation not required as case management would be on-boarded on different application
- What is the approach for upgrade. Is it like patch installation on existing version or complete new installation
- How do we migrate existing PROD data to new 19c database
