Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Charge collection Branch on Customer Parameter is not mandatory.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The charge collection branch should be mandatory field in Customer Parameter screen as without this charge is not getting collected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify the charge collection branch in Customer Parameter screen
2. Save and authorize with charge collection branch.
3. Verify the charges are collected or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the charges are not getting collected in case the charge collection branch is maintained as NULL
