On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When attempting to default the pricing code details in PPSRLVAL/PPSVLMNT,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Invoke PPSRLVAL/PPSVLMNT
2. Default the Pricing Code details

BUSINESS IMPACT
