Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When a user tries to create an admin user, the system throws an error 503 Service Unavailable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The user should be available to create an admin user without any error.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as an admin user
2. User management -> Create a new admin user.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create an admin user
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
