Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to edit existing feedback template when user selects option to edit as - Select Scales, Select Questions or Link Transaction, the 'Applicable to Role' field value on that screen is shown as empty. This also happens when user selects Scales to edit and clicks on Next button.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While trying to edit existing feedback template when user selects option to edit as - Select Scales, Select Questions or Link Transaction, the 'Applicable to Role' field value should show the role to which this feedback template is assigned.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Admin.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Templates > Feedback Template.
3. Click on Search button and select a feedback template to edit.
4. On the details screen click on edit button for Select Scales, Select Questions or Link Transaction. Alternatively user can select Select Scales edit and navigate through the screens using Next button.
5. Observe that Applicable to Role field value is empty on these screens.
