Approval for admin transaction take 25+ sec approximately.

Approval for admin should not take exceptional time

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into obdx by corp user
2. approval for admin transaction will take 25 sec

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, approval for admin transaction take 25 sec approximately.
