Symptoms
On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When we are trying to make changes in user group for any field which is already in draft state , on save we are getting system cannot process error.

"system can not process the request "
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into obdx by corp user
2. go to user group and make any changes , changes saved in draft
3. now try to make changes in draft again
4. system is throwing error "system can not process "
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make any changes in draft under group.
Changes
No Changes done on environment.
