Symptoms

On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While changing account status from function id STDSTCHN, there are multiple account status of same account status name(NORM) but different Status Types(A,B,C) .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 The NORM(Account Status) should only have one record which has Status Type as A.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Invoke STDSTCHN
2. Change the Account Status

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, multiple status is noticed for the same Account
