In approval rule setup screen parent child relationship and alignment is not displayed for transaction field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In approval rule setup in transaction field list should be displayed parent child relationship and alignment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to Approvals > Rule Management. Search for financial rule or create one.
3. Select the rule type accordingly transaction field list will be populated.
