OBLM : OBLM Intraday Sweep Skipped In Case Branch Date Greater Than System Date (Doc ID 2931953.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
intraday sweep will not work because it is picking structures based on server date which is behind branch date

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
- In case of Intraday structure, Next run date in Structure master table should be updated based on server date and frequency interval.
- During intraday sweep execution, If structure effective date is less than or equals branch date then sweep should be executed else skip and update next run date based on frequency interval.
- In all cases sweep value date should be equals branch date


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Set branch date greater than server date like
  - Branch date = 15-MAR-2023
  - Sever date = 24-FEB-2023
2-Create / approve account structure of Sweep type with below specifications
  - Effective date = Branch date = 15-MAR-2023
  - Frequency = Daily intraday
  - Don't add any instruction details at any of structure linked accounts.
3-Check Next run date in Structure master table it will be equal to branch date/ Frequency interval

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, intraday structure execution failed.
