ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pool Contribution is not getting updated based on newly added account and Pool monitor is showing the row from beginning.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In case of Ratio method, whenever New account is added Bank has reported 2 issues.
1. Pool Contribution is not getting updated based on newly added account.
2. Another issue is, say New Account is added to the structure on 03-Feb, but Pool monitor is showing the row from beginning.
