Screen loading without showing rate data

 Exchange rates to be loaded


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- open View Currency Exchange Rate
2- Select any rate and click view

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Exchange rate information are not available.
