ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 System displays a error message stating that Account participates in multiple structure

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not display the error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Pool Structure with account which is already part of a closed Pool Structure.
2. System displays a error message stating that Account participates in multiple structure which is not correct as the other structures is already closed and authorized.
 

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the pool structure
