Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Accrual is triggered even after removing that account from the IO structure.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not trigger the accrual for the account which is not present in IO structure.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Remove the account from IO structure.
2. Run EOD
3. Verify the accrual for the same account.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect accruals are triggered.
