Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Download statement does not work for CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) from View Statement screen for Android application. Same is also observed while downloading User Profile. The download works on Web Application but not working on Android application.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Statement download should work consistently across touchpoints (Internet, Mobile applications) and user should be able to download CASA statements and Profile on Android application also.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login on android application and navigate to Accounts > Current and Savings > View Statement.
2. Click on download button.
3. Observe the download does not happen.
4. Same issue is observed on Accounts Settings > My Preference > Profile download.
