Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Few Records Are Getting Auto Approved For Record Level File Upload, even if a rule is maintained for the transaction.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No record should get auto-approved if a rule is set for a transaction.

STEPS

1) log in to an application as a corporate user.
2) File Upload-> upload record level file for which the rule is set.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some of the records in Bulk File are getting auto-approved even if a rule is maintained for the transaction.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment caused this issue.
