Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.11.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User reported that the ACK_NACK_STATUS is not getting updated in MSTB_DLY_MSG_OUT table.
All the messages after the GoLive have No Ack on database.
On SAA the messages are Ack, and user confirms that Ack message is processing, however the database is not getting updated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ACK_NACK_STATUS should get updated in MSTB_DLY_MSG_OUT table.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do any transaction
2. Check ACK_NACK_STATUS column in MSTB_DLY_MSG_OUT table.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot know the actual status of ACK_NACK
