KYC UI EXPORT OPTION SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO EXPORT CUSTOMER'S DATA along with risk details (Doc ID 2933023.1)

Symptoms

The requirement from Bank is to include additional fields in the KYC Risk Assessment list page export.

Currently the exported excel contains following fields.

. Customer ID
. Customer Name
. Customer type
. Risk score of the customer
. Assessment Source if Periodic review, on-boarding or Accelerated review
. Assessment Date
. Case ID

Expectation: Below fields also need to be included along with the above information in the excel export.

. Nationality of the customer
. Customer’s occupation/ Employment details of the customer
. Customer’s Occupation Value
. Indicate if the customer is a PEP or an associate of a PEP (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
. AML risk score
. Geographical risk
. Date of birth of the customer
. Citizenship of the customer
. Customer’s home/ business address, etc..

In the customer screen, no export is available - From the risk rate screen, export in excel is available but since the static data of the customer are not showing, the functionality is considered incomplete.
