UI ISSUE IN KYC CONFIGURATION - ACCELERATED REVIEW RULES (Doc ID 2933030.1)

In the Accelerated Re-review rules screen, the user encountered a mandatory field validation issue.

Client is on BD 8081 and ECM 8081
1. Navigate to KYC > Manage KYC Configuration > Administration> KYC Configuration > Accelerated Review Rules
2. Select “Suspicious Customer Alert” and “Suspicious Account Alert” and jurisdiction
3. 'Rule score' and 'Alert Score' is mandatory for the above rules.

Expected: The above-mentioned scores are not required for these rules as these scores are not used in IPE logic. Hence request to make them nonmandatory.
