When attempting to map limit line to the over all limit line
the following error occurs.

GEMAP-11 - New mainline cannot be same as existing old line cd


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When mapping a limit line to over all limit line.
2. Ensure mismatch in the mapping code table.
3. Try to map the limit line to over all limit line.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot limit line to over all limit line and also use it in contracts.
