ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PYDITONL: Charges modified during the txn is not getting posted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should posting the charges modified during the txn.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Charge is setup for ach ct txn as 1 mmk default
2) During txn input if we modify the charge, the system is still posting the maintenance level charge instead of contract level
3) The same issue even if we do from rest request as well.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Charges modified during the txn is not getting posted.

Charges modified during the txn is not overridden with default pricing
