On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support

Queries on Generic Wires ISO20022: System is not allowing to maintain different payment types

1) System is not allowing to maintain different payment types for same host, source, network, transaction type combination. Bank wants to maintain payment type cross border as well as generic wires for host:FC142, Source:FOCS, Network:SWIFT, Transaction Type:Outgoing. We are getting error that record already exists even though no records for payment type: generic wires exits for given host, source, network and transaction type combination.
2) What is the function ID for customer address maintenance in core? OBPM refers to this function to get debtor address.
3) Function ID for purpose code maintenance in 14.2 or existing screen in OBPM where purpose code can be maintained in 14.2.
4) LEI Code maintenance within customer maintenance. Bank wants LEI code to be defaulted from customer whenever a payment is booked either manually or through STP or through interface
