PQSNSTPQ: System Not Allowing To define The Line 4 Of 59 field Ultimate Beneficiary

We've maintained the field in Ultimate Beneficiary list for Address line 4 of the field 59. but system is not enabling it for modification.
Setup function of PMDNSAMD not include this line 4.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should enabling it for modification.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System not allowing to define the line 4 of 59 field ultimate beneficiary .

Changes

 Added the details for Address line 4 of the field 59 in maintenance.
