LCDAMEND - Unlock Unauthorized AMEND Contract System Did Not Collect Tax DAC2311 (Doc ID 2934669.1)

Symptoms

1. Create an LC contract, save and authorize the same.
2. Open LCDAMEND screen to do applicable amendments and save the record.
Record will be unauthorized. System picks up charges and tax, accounting
entries are posted correctly.
3. Maker unlocks the unauthorized amendment and saves it again. System does
not pickup charges and tax. Also, accounting entries related to the same is
missing.
