On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Annual Loan Statements are not generated from Flexcube.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Annual Loan Statements should be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From MSSOUTBR, verify if CL_Loan_Stmt messages are generated for loan accounts for dec 31st 2022.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Annual loan statements are not generated.
