Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to login into the SoftTtoken application, a user is unable to login with valid credentials.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Below Api is failing with 401 un-authorized access, with DIGX_AU_035 (Invalid Token Authentication ) error in response

https://XXXX.com/digx-admin/sms/v1/softtokenseed

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build the latest workspace.
2. Launch the SoftTtoken application
3. Login with a user with valid credentials.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login into the SoftTtoken application
