On : 12.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Back value dated Loans in Uninitiated Status during Loan migration.
During Bulk loans migration, some of the loans with back/current dated are in Uninitiated status with accounting entries passed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) This has happened during bulk loan Load (All back value dated Uninitiated loans are SOFR Loans).
2) Loans are inserted into staging tables
3) We use OLDUPLOD fast path to upload bulk load.
