Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account statement PDF download issue, users are unable to download the statement from OBDX in PDF format.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
User should be able to download account statement as per Base behavior.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX
2. Navigate to Account -> Account statement


BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download account statement.
