Symptoms
Actual Behavior
User is not able to save the inputted tables and columns in SMDPIFRT as the column have unique constraints.
Expected Behavior
As per government norms, user need mask the value SSN in STTM_CUSTOMER. Because of unique constraint, not able to save the data in frontend application.
Steps
1. Invoke the screen SMDPIFRT
2. Input table name as STTM_CUSTOMER and column name as SSN and do configure the masking.
3. Save the record and check any error occurs.
Business Impact
Due to this issue, users cannot use masking for SSN column in STTM_CUSTOMER table.
