Unable to save BC transaction in screen 1010 as error CA-MISAQ displays

Symptoms
When user attempts to save BC Issuance transaction in screen 1010, against Account, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit screen 1010 and capture input for new transaction
2. Select Mode of charge as 'Transaction Account'
3. Save the transaction and check error CA-MISAQ displays.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save BC Issuance transaction against account.
Changes
Advise to disable cheque Mandatory flag in maintenance STDTRNCD for transaction code referred in BC Issuance transaction, as this flag need to enable only for Customer account Cheque
