ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Create reconciliation rule fails at Oracle Banking Cash Management (OBCM).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Create reconciliation rule should not fail at OBCM.

STEPS
--------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate maker. Navigate to Toggle menu > Receivables Management > Reconciliation > Create Reconciliation Rule
2. Fill in all necessary details and create reconciliation rule.
3. Rule fails at OBCM.
