Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

For CRLQ event credit account ,system validated for no debit marking

Bank have inbound cross border payment and went for ECA queue.
System has done no debit mark check for credit account CRLQ event .

ERROR

AC-VAC07 - Account marked for No debit


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an inbound cross border payment
2. Make sure that it moves to ECA queue
3. Verify if for credit account, system is validating for No debit checks

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the inbound cross border payment
