ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect receivable amount is reflected in the table

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The receivable amount should be cleared once amount is nullified in cstb_auto_settle_block table


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, receivable amount is non zero in sttm_account_balance table
