Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Terminate button enabled on the Initiate closure screen when a closure initiated account is terminated and allowed to be initiated multiple times.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Terminate button should be disabled on Initiate closure screen If a closure initiated account is terminated and is in the approvers bucket.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via Corporate user.
2. Navigate to Virtual Account Management > Virtual Account > Initiate closure
3. Choose one virtual account and select closure request status and proceed.
4. Click on Terminate button and check the status.
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for the same virtual account.
6. It allows to terminate again the same virtual account.
